we want to continue to serve you and your dental health. To make this possible during the corona pandemic, we have introduced further measures in our daily practice operations in addition to our already high hygiene standards to ensure that you can visit our practice safely:

• Strict adherence to hygiene protocols, including disinfecting door handles after each patient
• Disinfection dispenser in the entrance area: Each patient disinfects his hands when entering and leaving the practice
• No more magazines in the waiting area to avoid contact infections
• Special risk questionnaires to assess the risk of infection for patients
• On average there are never more than 5 patients in the waiting area of our practice. If necessary, we can increase the number of seats to ensure a minimum distance of 1.5 meters between each patient at all times
• It goes without saying that our employees are adequately equipped with protective clothing such as mouth and nose protection, protective goggles and disposable gloves

In order for us to be able to continue to provide dental care, we also ask for your assistance:

• Please forgive us if we no longer shake your hand but greet you with a friendly smile. There are only hygienic reasons
• Please refrain from a non-urgent visit to our practice if:

• • you have cold symptoms
  • you have stayed in a corona risk area in the last 14 days
  • you have had contact with a person tested positive for Corona in the last 14 days
  • you are in quarantine due to a suspicious case or due to contact with a suspicious case

We keep ourselves informed daily about the latest developments and guidelines at the Dentists’ Association, the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Dentists and the Robert Koch Institute and will of course keep you up to date.
