HOW IS PRF MANUFACTURED?
To produce PRF, a blood sample is first taken, which is then placed in a special PRF kit. The kit contains a special device called a Centrifuge, which separates the blood quickly and efficiently. Meanwhile, the blood is divided into different layers, including platelet-rich plasma, white blood, red cells and a thick layer of fibrin.
After the blood sample has been centrifuged, the fibrin layer is removed and stored in a special container. This container contains a special solution that supports the formation of new fibrin structures. After the solution has been kept for a few minutes, the fibrin is injected into a sterile syringe. The syringe is then injected directly into the treated area of the mouth.
HOW DOES PRF WORK?
Once repair mechanisms occur in the body, many different complex systems in the body are activated. The blood provides these repair mechanisms. Think, for example, of injuries such as cuts or chronic diseases. Blood must get to the affected areas by forming vessels, increasing circulation
